Text is the easiest, just type away. Anything you type into the field will be made into a QR image.

URLs are also pretty easy, just make sure you include the http:// or https:// part!
Example:http://www.example.com
Emails should be prefixed with a "mailto:" call. This tells the reader that the data is intended for your email application.
Example:mailto:johns@example.com
Phone numbers start with the prefix "tel:" and should include the full country code, area code and local number.
Example:tel:+1-555-555-1234
